Kristen Schriver is the founder and owner of IMR, a national recruiting firm specializing in the investment and wealth management space. Since 2008, she has facilitated placements across both institutional and high-net-worth channels—focusing on senior leadership, portfolio management, business development, advisory, and operational roles. Before IMR, Kristen built her expertise through roles in consulting and business development within the investment industry. She also previously served as President of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Board of Directors. Kristen resides in the Pacific Northwest.
