John Tousley is a Senior Product Manager with Goldman Sachs Asset Management in New York. He has been with the firm 6 years and is primarily responsible for fixed income, asset allocation, and portfolio construction specialization. Prior to joining the product management team, John was a member of the GSAM portfolio management team specifically focusing on tax-exempt and short duration fixed income. John has 16 years of industry experience as an investment professional and portfolio manager. As a portfolio manager, John managed large cap equity, taxable and tax-free fixed income portfolios. In particular, John managed two publicly traded municipal bond funds that consistently produced top Lipper rankings. John received a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1991 and is a CFA charter holder.
