Ken Hackel, is co-head of fixed-income strategy at RBS Greenwich; Ken is joining the firm as managing director, co-head of fixed-income strategy. Mr. Hackel is responsible for coordination and oversight of the firm's MBS strategy efforts as well as asset allocation. He was most recently with Merrill Lynch, where he spent eight years as its chief US fixed-income strategist.
